The short version
- No free public courts. We found no municipal or public pickleball courts in Hua Hin. "Free" means a perk attached to a hotel stay, a paid membership or a campaign.
- Best-equipped venue: Arena Pickleball Club at Blúport mall, with 8 air-conditioned indoor courts, open daily 08:00–22:00.
- Cheapest published price: Sports Life Hua Hin sells a 3-hour pickleball day pass for 250 THB.
- Winter campaign: "Hua Hin Play Free" (November 2026 to February 2027) gives visitors with a Hua Hin hotel booking free court time at Arena. Arena confirmed to us that you book at least 1 day ahead with your hotel confirmation, and bookings are limited to 50 a day.
- Resort courts: Dusit Thani accepts non-guests at 500 THB per hour. VALA's court is for in-house guests only.

The offer behind the "courts are free" talk, and exactly what is and isn't known.
Hua Hin Play Free: Arena Pickleball Club (Blúport)
What was announced. Proud Group, which is behind the Hua Hin Well Played campaign, announced free pickleball at Arena Pickleball Club for visitors staying in Hua Hin between November 2026 and February 2027, alongside free tennis at Arena Hua Hin and free entry to Vana Nava Water Jungle.
How to book (Arena's reply to us, 1 November 2026):
- Reserve at least 1 day in advance.
- Reservations depend on court availability and are limited to 50 bookings per day.
- Send Arena your full name, a hotel booking confirmation (an email or document showing your name and stay dates), your nationality, your preferred date and time, and the number of players.
- Arena then checks court availability and sends you a booking confirmation.
A note on the numbers: Thai news reports described the limit as "50 hours per day". Arena's own reply says 50 bookings per day, so we use Arena's wording.
Still not published: whether Airbnb, condo or long-stay confirmations are accepted (Arena asked for a "hotel booking confirmation"), how long each free booking lasts, whether paddles and balls are included, and the exact start and end dates (reports give November 2026 to February 2027). 🏨 Hotel packages with court time
These are the offers where court time is included with a stay. Each has an end date, so check the hotel's page before you book.
InterContinental Hua Hin: one complimentary court session
Each room gets one complimentary court reservation, "valid now through November 15, 2026". Reserve through the hotel at least 24 hours ahead; it depends on availability. Paddles are 100 THB each (two paddles come with one ball), and extra balls are 75 THB. The hotel's page doesn't state how long the session is.
Holiday Inn Vana Nava: Vana Express Weekend Wanderer
A 3-day, 2-night railway package with one complimentary hour of court rental per room per stay. Stays are on set weekends: 6–8, 13–15, 20–22 and 27–29 November, and 4–6, 11–13, 18–20 and 25–27 December 2026. Book at least 3 days ahead (open until 22 December); reserve the court at the concierge 1 to 3 days ahead. The package is prepaid and non-refundable, and the landing page doesn't list a price.
VALA Hua Hin: one court, in-house guests only
The court is "reserved exclusively for in-house guests of VALA and Regent". It costs 500 THB per hour with rackets and balls, plus 150 THB per hour for lights after 18:00. It's open 06:00–19:00, with 60-minute sessions booked at least 2 hours ahead, and may close in rain. Phone 032-706-777.

- HH Singles Pickleball, T-Rex: a Reclub session on Friday 6 November, 07:00–09:00. The listing shows no fee or description, so ask the host through Reclub. Reclub listing.
- Thailand Open (WPC), Hua Hin: the 2026 edition ran from 28 January to 1 February 2026, with Hua Hin International Pickleball Club and T-Rex as the venue. We found no organiser announcement for 2027 on 1 November 2026. Some tour operators mention late January, but that's not a confirmation. 2026 event page.

Arena Pickleball Club confirmed to us on 1 November 2026 that visitors with a hotel booking can reserve free court time at least 1 day in advance, subject to availability and limited to 50 bookings per day. You send your name, hotel booking confirmation, nationality, preferred date and time, and number of players. Details such as session length and equipment aren't published, so ask when you book.
How much does it cost to play pickleball in Hua Hin?
The prices we could verify: Sports Life sells a 3-hour day pass for 250 THB, and Dusit Thani charges 500 THB net per hour for a court with rackets and balls. Arena doesn't publish its rates online, so contact the club.
Can I play at a hotel court if I'm not staying there?
It depends. Dusit Thani Hua Hin accepts external guests at the same rate. VALA Hua Hin reserves its court for in-house guests only.
Is there a tournament in Hua Hin?
The WPC Thailand Open was held there from 28 January to 1 February 2026. We found no organiser announcement for a 2027 edition on 1 November 2026.
